    Join the Downtown Issaquah Association at the Historic Shell Station this Spring for a weekly Fresh Flower & Farm Fresh Markets! Every Saturday from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. starting March 27, 2021 and runs until April 24, 2021! Take advantage of the flower season and support local farmers while making your home or office beautiful!

  2. Keep Issaquah Beautiful Day

    April 24, 2021, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    The Downtown Issaquah Association is planning the annual Keep Issaquah Beautiful Day – a city wide clean up and beautification day.

    Individuals, families and groups are all welcome to help with trash pickup, vegetation maintenance and flower planting.

    Participants will be required to wear masks, social distance and encouraged to bring their own work gloves. This is a rain or shine program.

  3. Cascade Gardener: Healthy Soils

    Cascade Water Alliance is pleased to provide the 2021 Cascade Gardener virtual class series. All classes are free and will be held through Zoom. Presenters are regional gardening experts who will help you create beautiful gardens and landscapes that are water efficient and sustainable.

    In this class you will learn the value of healthy soils by understanding soil basics and soil biology. The connection between healthy soils and how we can reduce the damage done by storm water runoff will be discussed. The program will go over the importance of soil building, including different types of mulch and composting.

  2. Celebrate the Earth Walk at Lake Sammamish State Park

    April 24, 2021, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Lake Sammamish State Park

    Enjoy a hike through the park from April 20th to May 2nd and learn what you can do to protect our environment. Come to the Park on April 24th and April 25th to receive free water conservation and planting aids (while supplies last) from Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park. There is also space for volunteers to sign up for habitat restoration events on these two days.

  1. CANCELED: 7th Annual State of Mind

    Update: This event has been canceled.

    This year’s virtual State of Mind is our 7th annual event filled with fantastic discussions, forums and presentations about behavioral health issues impacting our community’s teens. The event begins with a student-led presentation followed by our keynote speaker inspiring us to move forward through this pandemic. Much of our time is spent in engaging 40-minute “breakout sessions” facilitated by mental health professionals. This event is hosted by the Issaquah Youth Advisory Board with incredible support from Influence the Choice and Issaquah Schools Foundation.
