Farmers Market Business and Non-Profit Booth Application

  1. Business and Non-Profit Booth Summary

    AVAILABILITY UPDATE - 2023 Community Partner Booths have filled quickly, and all available spots have been filled through the end of the season. 

    Any applications received will be added to our waitlist, and considered if a booth placement becomes available before the end of the 2023 market season.

    Businesses and Corporation Farmers Market Booths

    We allow businesses the opportunity to attend the market as a business attending community partner for a $52 booth fee per market.

    Up to two booth spaces are reserved for businesses at each market. Each approved business community partner can attend up to two markets per season, and these must be scheduled in advance with the farmers market administration team. 

    Business booths are for lead generation, promotions, and informational purposes only. Live demonstrations cannot be performed on attending market customers. Business attending community partners may not sell products direct to consumers during any market.

    If you would like to sell products during market hours, you must apply to be a farmers market vendor.

    Non-Profit Booths

    We allow Non-Profits (with verifiable 501c status) the opportunity to attend the market for a $26 booth fee per market.

    Up to two booth spaces are reserved for non-profits at each market. Each approved non-profit attending community partner can attend up to two markets, these must be scheduled in advance with the farmers market administration team.

    Non-profit community partners fall into two main categories, Advertising/Outreach and Fundraising and participate in the farmers market for informational purposes. They do not sell products direct to consumers during any market.

    If you would like to sell products during market hours, you must apply to be a market vendor.
