Prior to the market we will communicate via social media and on our website the shopper behavior expected which includes staying home if feeling ill. There will also be Public Health signage posted at the market entrance reminding shoppers of the expectations.
Each customer will be asked a few quick health-screening questions upon entry into the Market:
- Shortness of breath?
- Have you had close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with
- Have you returned from international travel or a cruise within the last 14 days?
Via social media and our website we will encourage customers who fall in any of the CDC’s high risk categories to stay at home. High-risk includes people:
- Over the Age of 60
- With underlying health conditions including heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes
- With weakened immune systems
- Who are pregnant
