[ARCHIVED] Burn Ban: No Recreational Fires

BurnBanTopNews

In response to continued hot and dry weather and increased fire risk throughout King County, a Stage 2 Complete Burn Ban covering all parts of King County has been issued. This burn ban will remain in effect until further notice.

Stage 2 Burn Ban

All outdoor fires, including recreational campfires, pellet fireplaces, cooking fires and ceremonial fires are prohibited.

The ban does not include propane or natural-gas fired grills, fireplaces, fire tables, enclosed pellet cooking smokers and other gas-fired appliances. These may continue to be used along with charcoal grills. Please use caution when disposing of charcoal remains.
