[ARCHIVED] Boards and Commissions Shift to Microsoft Teams Platform

The City’s 12 advisory boards and City Council are now meeting in person; however, the City continues to provide virtual attendance options to members of the public for a number of these meetings.

Shifting to Microsoft Teams

Beginning this week, five of these boards will transition from using the virtual meeting platform Webex to Microsoft Teams:

  • Environmental Board
  • Equity Board
  • Human Services Commission
  • Park Board
  • Transportation Advisory Board

Other boards and commissions may add a virtual attendance option via Teams for certain meetings. As always, any meeting that has a virtual attendance option will include the virtual meeting details (link to join by computer, call in #, meeting ID and password) at the top of the published meeting agenda.

You can access the meeting agendas from the website calendar entry for each board/commission meeting. To help ensure you can join one of these meetings virtually, please consider downloading the MS Teams app in advance, and log in to the virtual meeting 10 minutes early.

Webex Meetings

The City Council, Development Commission and Planning Policy Commission will continue using Webex Webinar for the virtual aspect of their meetings.
