Celebrate the 53rd anniversary of Earth Day with the City of Issaquah and our partners! To take better care of our planet, both individual and community-wide actions are needed, big and small. That’s why the City and some local organizations are hosting a variety of events to celebrate Earth Month.
You can sign up for virtual gardening classes, help Keep Issaquah Beautiful with plantings and trash pick-ups, recycle batteries and other household items, and even help create a new nature trail!
In addition, the City is proud to host our Inaugural Sustainability Fair on April 16. Browse sustainable products, listen to live music, check out Recology's new Electric Vehicle (EV) and take your children to Touch-A-Truck! There are 30+ vendors attending, it is sure to be an afternoon of learning and fun.
There are lots of way to engage in community and celebrate Earth Month. Learn more and take action here.
