Issaquah Police issued a Silver Alert for 92-year-old San Kil Chon, who is missing and endangered. He left the area of Newport Way Northwest and Riva Lane Northwest Jan. 22 on foot. He’s described as an Asian male, 5 feet, 2 inches in height, 100 pounds, brown eyes and short gray hair. He was last seen wearing a dark blue/black jacket with dark grey sweatpants and beanie.
