Mayor Pauly and the Issaquah City Council thanked Fire Chief Jeff Clark at the Nov. 7 City Council meeting for his seven years of service as Chief of Eastside Fire & Rescue.
Mayor Pauly spoke about Chief Clark's many strengths, including those they saw when interviewing him for the role initially: he knew how to "develop a team for success. To look at the service we're providing and the people we are providing it for. And talk about what else we can do to do a better job."
