The Issaquah Police Department (IPD) have released their annual promotional uniform patch as part of the Pink Patch Project. The patch can be purchased for $10.
This year, IPD has partnered with Footprints of Fight, a local charity involved in supporting families who have children that have been diagnosed with cancer. You can learn more about Footprints of Fight here.
As part of the Pink Patch Project, IPD officers, along with officers from 300 other cities across the nation, wear a version of their uniform patch in pink hues to support breast cancer awareness. To find out more about this collaborative effort by public safety officials, please visit pinkpatchproject.com or follow the project on Facebook and Twitter.
Pick up your patch and raise awareness by tweeting a photo of you with your patch to the city with the hashtag #PinkPatchProject.
