[ARCHIVED] Comp Plan: Proposed 2022 Amendments

Every city in Washington state is required to adopt (and update) a Comprehensive Plan, which establishes the City's future vision and policy direction.

The City's 2022 updates include the redesignation and rezoning of the following three parcels:

  • Redesignation/Rezone Request: Our Savior Lutheran Church
    • parcel 3424069217 (request land use change from “Low Density Residential” to “Multifamily Residential” and zoning change from “Single Family – Small Lot” to “Multifamily-High”); 
  • Redesignation/Rezone Request: Wildwood
    • parcel 3324069121 (request land use change from “Low Density Residential” to “Multifamily Residential” and zoning change from “Single Family – Small Lot” to “Multifamily – Medium”); 
  • Redesignation/Rezone Request: Newport Area
    • parcel 2024069119 (request land use change a portion of the parcel from “Low Density Residential” to “Multifamily Residential” and zoning change from “Community Facilities-Recreation” to “Village Residential”); 

Public Hearing

The Planning Policy Commission will hold a public hearing on Oct. 13, 2022, at 6:30 p.m to take public testimony on the proposed annual Issaquah Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Map amendments.
