[ARCHIVED] Traffic Alert: NW Talus Drive

Traffic at the intersection of Northwest Talus Drive and State Route 900 will be reduced to one lane in each direction from September 1-13 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding Labor Day.

Traffic Details

Water and sewer connections are being constructed on State Route 900 at the intersection with Northwest Talus Drive. Work hours are Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. from September 1-13, excluding Labor Day (September 5).

Left turning traffic exiting Talus on Northwest Talus Drive will be reduced to one lane. Through traffic north and south bound at the intersection of NW Talus Drive and SR900 will be reduced to one lane in each direction. A uniformed police office will be present to manage traffic at the intersection during construction. There will not be a detour in place. South bound cyclists should use caution, there are no north bound bike lines at this intersection. Pedestrian access is unimpeded.   

This project will help bring water and sewer connections, allowing for the installation of the municipal infrastructure necessary to provide and water and sewer service for a new 20-home development, providing a new neighborhood to the Issaquah community.
