[ARCHIVED] Input Needed: Hillside Park Design

Background

Hillside Park is a 44-acre park located on Squak Mountain. The site currently contains an open playfield, a backstop, picnic tables, trash cans and trails; and is the City's only "walk-in" park. In 2014, public engagement identified the need for this park to have a play area. The City took the feedback received in 2014 and used it as the starting point for reviving play area improvement conversations with the neighborhood. Feedback received from Squak Mountain residents and neighbors through a series of neighborhood meetings and open houses directly informed the evolution of the proposed concept.
