[ARCHIVED] Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) through Hopelink

The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP)  provides emergency assistance to low-income households who are disconnected or are in imminent threat of disconnection of services. The program provides up to $2,500 for water utility bill arrearages on behalf of eligible households impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. 

To be eligible for the program you must owe a current or past due balance on your water and/or sewer bill and provide a copy of your water/sewer bill from the water district, proof of income, and identification for your household.
