Drivers should expect delays as crews pave Second Avenue Northwest from 7 a.m.-4 p.m. Aug. 14-15.

Residential access will not be available during the work on Second Avenue Northwest.

The intersection of Rainier Boulevard North and Northwest Juniper Street will remain open, with crews alternating one-way traffic during construction hours.
