After brief opening remarks and guest speaker Dori Gillam, attendees will spend much of the workshop in small group discussion.
With more than 35 years of experience as a facilitator and consultant, Gillam has worked for Sound Generations and AARP, inspiring older adults to create great communities in which to age and to set goals for their next great life adventure.
Gillam engages participants in aging well, planning for a positive end of life and in laughing while they learn.
