Due to a stormy forecast, the Lake Sammamish holiday boat parade has been rescheduled to Dec. 12, 2015.
Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park invite the public to see the parade, warm up next to bonfires and sip hot chocolate.
The free event now starts at 4:30 p.m. Dec. 12. Bring your family and friends to Tibbetts Beach for the fourth annual holiday event at Lake Sammamish State Park, 2000 N.W. Sammamish Road.
Wear warm clothes, sturdy shoes and gloves, and bring a flashlight. You may also want to bring a chair.
The parade is organized by Lake Sammamish Yacht Club. If you are a boat owner and want to participate, call 425-449-0070.
