Help our little red fish at the Run with the Kokanee, a 5K and 10K run to benefit Lake Sammamish kokanee salmon restoration efforts.
The race is Oct. 17, 2015, at Lake Sammamish State Park. Proceeds benefit the Bellevue-Issaquah Chapter of Trout Unlimited and its efforts to save Lake Sammamish kokanee.

Trout Unlimited is a partner in the Lake Sammamish Kokanee Work Group. It’s comprised of King County; U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service; Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife; the cities of Issaquah, Bellevue, Redmond and Sammamish; the Snoqualmie Indian Tribe; Trout Unlimited and kokanee recovery advocates.
Members designed a supplementation program with the goal of increasing kokanee survival and ultimately increasing future numbers of adult kokanee spawning in the Lake Sammamish watershed.
