Drivers: Prepare for construction-related traffic changes in Issaquah Highlands on Aug. 14, 2015.
Northeast High Street, between Highlands Drive Northeast and Ninth Avenue Northeast, will be reduced to one-way alternating traffic.
The change will be in effect from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. on the east- and westbound lanes.
