Hearing Examiner: Verizon Sea Providence Heights Cell Tower

The purpose of the hearing is to take testimony on an application to replace wireless communication equipment for Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile. The equipment is currently located on an existing, to-be-demolished water tank. The new location will be a 150-foot wireless communication tower on a 60-foot x 60-foot lease area as identified in the Issaquah School District Master Plan for the subject location. The Issaquah Municipal Code limits tower height to 85-feet; therefore, a variance is being requested for the 150-foot tower.
