The City is constructing a new dog park along the Rainier Trail. Located near the Issaquah Community Center, this central location in Olde Town was selected after positive community feedback from our Dog Park Tour.

This conceptual design for the Rainier Trail Dog Park takes into consideration existing site features, user safety and comfort and overall park experience. 

Including a central access point, easy access to existing trail systems, a "small/shy dog area", watering stations, seating options, multi-surface play areas and a walking path, the concept makes full use of the existing space. 

Interested in providing feedback on the concept? Join us for an open house on June 22. Staff will be onsite to talk through details and listen to community feedback on the design.
