The City is hosting a virtual open house to answer the public’s questions on the Zones and Uses discussion drafts, prior to the Planning Policy/Development Commission’s public hearing in May. There is no planned presentation but staff will be present to answer questions directly from residents related to the materials.

Background

To strengthen and protect what defines Issaquah’s special character, the City is improving the regulations that guide local growth and development (called Title 18). The project is broken up into six different topic groups and the third group to be presented is Zoning and Uses.
