How to Book

Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

2020 Events

We're currently booking for all of 2020. Check our availability calendar.

Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis by email or phone at 425-837-3320.

In your message, please provide the following information:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email
• First, second and third dates of choice

We will then email you instructions on booking, as well as a contract to review, complete and return within 72 hours.

2021 Bookings

We will open for 2021 bookings on Jan. 15 at Noon. Beginning at Noon you may email or call the Pickering Barn office 425-837-3320 to place one date on a complimentary 72 hour hold. Earlier requests will not be considered. On the email or phone message left please provide the following…

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email
• First, second and third dates of choice

We will then email you instructions on booking, as well as a contract to review, complete and return within 72 hours.

Tentative Holds

Tentative holds on one date are allowed for 72 hours. This allows time for the renter to tour the facility and submit a contract.

Secure a Date

To secure a date for your event, the following is required:

• Visit the facility and review all rental pricing and policies.
• Pay the required deposit.
• Complete and sign a rental contract with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) to guarantee booking.

Remaining payments are due 120 days in advance of booked date. Please make checks payable to the City of Issaquah. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are also accepted.
