Our Parks & Recreation Department offers several picnic shelters for reservation. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Find park details, as well as rates and sizes about all of our picnic shelters

Phase 3 COVID-19 Policies – Issaquah Parks and Community Services 

  • Rentals available with up to 50 people in attendance
  • Rental customers are expected to manage their event/meeting according to all current state and local COVID-19 guidelines and restrictions.
  • Renter must provide their own hand sanitizer, wipes and other disinfectant to maintain a clean environment for their attendees.
  • Renter must inform all attending their event/meeting that they must self-screen for signs and symptoms of COVID-19 before arriving at the rented Park Shelter. 
  • Masks are required to be worn outdoors when 6ft physical distancing is not able to be maintained.
  • Renter will be committed to keeping a log of all attendees at event including contact information for up to two weeks after the event. This is required in the event contract tracing is necessary.
  • Groups must abide by social distancing as much as possible.

Please note that shelter rentals are only available in Phase 3 of the WA State’s COVID-19 Recovery plan, shelter rentals may be cancelled in King County enters Phase 2.
