Chris was reelected to the Issaquah City Council in Nov. 2021. He has been a Issaquah resident since 2007 and has lived in the area since 1991. Often found hiking the trails of Cougar Mountain, Chris was drawn to Issaquah by the area’s inherent beauty and his need for a close connection with the natural environment.

Chris has worked as a management consultant for more than 25 years serving the needs of state and local governments across the country. He has a passion for great government and is working to help make Issaquah the best run city in the region. Additionally, he is focused on improving mobility in the city, preserving our natural surroundings and creating a community where people and businesses thrive.

Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Chris has degrees from the University of Washington and Seattle University. He understands the benefits of living in this part of the County and the challenges we must address to maintain the character of this region. Chris lives in Talus with his wife Karen. He has two children; Emma who lives in New York City and Ben who lives in Seattle.
