Final Draft

Overview

Following the development of the draft code, the project team followed through on the feedback received and conducted additional consultant analysis, and a code testing process which resulted in a series of final edits.

The code was then assembled into the final structure that will be inserted into the Issaquah Municipal Code. This means in the final draft, there may be draft code language that is now split up in different sections or has new chapter or section identifiers. The purpose of the final structure is to create a more intuitive flow for readers of the code to easily navigate regulations.

Following the public hearings in Jan. 2023, final draft recommendations will be presented to the City Council Committee of the Whole in March.
