How to Book

Space is reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Events

We're currently booking for the end of 2022 and 2023. Bookings are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis by email or phone at 425-837-3320.

2024 event bookings will open in January 2023. 

In your message, please provide the following information:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email
• First, second and third dates of choice

Tentative Holds

Tentative holds on one date are allowed for 72 hours. This allows time for the renter to review and submit a contract.

Secure a Date

To secure a date for your event, the following is required:

• Visit the facility (preferred, but not required).
• Review all rental pricing and policies.
• Pay the required deposit.
• Complete and sign a rental contract with a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or AMEX) to guarantee booking.

Remaining payments are due 120 days in advance of booked date. Credit card payments are accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX are also accepted. If payment via check is necessary please let us know and make checks payable to the City of Issaquah.
