In-Person Services

The City of Issaquah Police Department provides a number of services in person at City Hall. Front counter will be open to the public Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

  • Clearance Letters
    • This service is for residents who are living or have lived within Issaquah city limits. If you do not know which jurisdiction you reside in, you can check by entering your address into King County’s public parcel viewer.
  • Concealed Pistol License Applications
    • All concealed pistol license applications (original, renewal, etc.) will be accepted on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9-10 a.m., but can also be mailed in. Send an email request for the application and instructions to IPDRequests@IssaquahWA.gov.
  • Police Records Requests
    • All records request for the Issaquah Police Department are processed in our electronic portal. You can choose to have records mailed to you or to pick them up at our counter on days City Hall has in-person services. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact us directly at 425-837-3200, Option 2.
  • Vacation House Checks
    • This service is for residents living within Issaquah city limits. If you do not know which jurisdiction you reside in, you can check in the King County’s public parcel viewer. Send your request for a house check form along with your address to Issaquah Police Records. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact us directly at 425-837-3200.
