Drop Box

To add more options for residents, City Hall (130 E Sunset Way) has a payment drop box installed on the exterior of the building. Accepted payments include: Utility Bills, permit fees, LID bills, court fines, and B&O tax filings.

Pay by Mail

Mail your payment in the return envelope provided and be sure to include the remittance stub portion of the billing. To ensure proper credit to your account please include your account number on your check. Mail your payment to:

Bank Bill Payer

You may choose to pay your Issaquah utility bill through your bank’s online bill payer service. Be sure to specify your utility billing account number, which is in the following number format: XXXXXX. For example, 001234. This will ensure quick crediting of your payment once it is received in our office.

In some instances, your financial institution may send us a payment by mail. In these instances, a delay of five to seven business days may occur in the processing of your payment.
