Gliders

runners

Our Issaquah Gliders running program offers track and field, cross country and other running opportunities for Issaquah-area youth ages 5 to 14.

The program provides training, education and healthy competition in a fun and safe environment. Some main focuses are cardio activities, core-building, balancing, endurance and general fitness. Gliders programs take place at an Issaquah School District school track for Spring/Summer seasons, whereas Fall season is in local parks, like Central Park and Lake Sammamish State Park.

Gliders offers the following programs throughout the year:

  • Spring: Track and Field
  • Summer: Track and Field
  • Fall: Cross-Country
    • 2023 registration will be available August 1 at 8 a.m.
