Below you will find fee schedules for common types of permits. Please note that these are general guides, and fees may vary by project scope or other factors. Most construction fees are assessed at time of permit issuance and may change.

Valuation Base Tables

• For new construction, find your project valuation using the ICC Building Valuation table (PDF).
• Find your permit fee (PDF) based on the valuation. Note: This only calculates the Building Permit Fee line item. Additional plan review and other fees will apply.

Plan Check Fee

Plan check fees are calculated by multiplying the Building Permit Fee by 65 percent. Note: Electrical permits must be pulled through the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (LNI).
