Kristina Gravette is a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor who is certified by ACE (American Council on Exercise). She has been teaching aerobics since 1983 (at the Issaquah Community Center since 1997) and has been a Personal Trainer since 2002. She also holds, through ACE, an Orthopedic Exercise Specialty Certification, and she wants you to know that a sore knee, shoulder, or back doesn’t have to keep you from exercising - there is always a modification that can be made. Post-injury or post-surgery, when you’ve used up your Physical Therapy allowance, Kristina can be your bridge to independent exercise. For

Aerobics & Conditioning Class
and join our friendly and welcoming class! Monday is Low Impact Aerobics, Wednesday
is Step Aerobics and Friday is a Circuit class. Work at your own level to build
cardiovascular fitness, coordination, strength, tone, stamina, balance, and
one-on-one with Kristina to develop a fitness program designed especially for
you. Learn to use weight machines, free weights, other equipment, and your own
body weight to improve your stamina, strength, flexibility, balance and health.

Combine traditional calisthenics with body weight exercises and mix interval training and strength training. And as an added bonus, become a part of a supportive and motivational community of like-minded people!
The program that you know and love is offered at the Issaquah Community Center, Monday through Saturday, morning and evening. Daily drop-in rates are available, or you can take advantage of special option pricing.
Mommy & Me Fitness
Each 60-minute total body workout incorporates a warm-up, cardio, muscular, strength/endurance and stretching. It combines traditional calisthenics, plyometrics and aerobics with strength training using hand weights, resistance bands, medicine balls and much more. Every class will be different, often combining various methods of exercise to keep things fresh and exciting! It's great for all levels of fitness, as instructors will provide modifications. These efficient and challenging workouts are designed to boost your metabolism, burn fat, strengthen your muscles and best of all, for you to bring your little ones along!
This Chinese martial art promotes health by reducing bodily tension and stress, improving balance and coordination, increasing joint flexibility, calming the breath and clearing the mind. Relaxation is the central principle behind tai chi's postures and continuous flowing movement. There are both beginning and continuing form classes offered.
