The City of Issaquah bills every other month for drinking water, sewer and stormwater. If you have questions about your utility bill for these services, please call 425-837-3070.

For garbage / recycling billing issues, please contact CleanScapes, the city’s contractor at 425-837-1234. Our South Cove / Greenwood residents will contact Allied Waste (Rabanco) at 425-392-6651 for their garbage / recycling billing issues.
