Issaquah is home to a wealth of arts and culture activities and experiences. Historic downtown is a cultural hub with the award-winning Village Theatre, the ArtEast art center, galleries featuring the works of local and regional artists and schools for visual art, music and theatre.

During the summer months, thousands of participants enjoy downtown ArtWalks, Concerts on the Green, outdoor Shakespeare performances and music at the Saturday Farmers Market. Issaquah features numerous, lively community festivals throughout the year as well as monthly programs for film, music and literary arts.
