SDP19-00002) to a special meeting of the Development Commission on February 10, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, 135 E. Sunset Way.

    Update (1/30/20): This public hearing will be rescheduled (cont.) to 7:00 p.m., Monday, Feb. 10, 2020.

    The Development Commission will hold a public hearing, cont. from Dec. 18, 2019 and Jan. 15, 2020, to take testimony on an application for a Site Development Permit for a new middle school campus with an athletic field, structured and surface parking, on a 9 acre site located on the southeast corner of NW Talus Dr and Falcon Way NW. Administrative Adjustments of Standards are requested to allow retaining walls to exceed wall height limit of 10 ft, to exceed excavation and fill limit of 15 ft, and to reduce required floor area ratio (FAR). Application Nos. SDP19-00002, AAS19-00003, AAS19-00013, AAS19-00015.

    Those desiring to express their views or to be notified of action taken on this application should notify the Development Services Department of their interest by attending public hearing and providing name, address, and email with a request to become Party of Record.
