The Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) for the crosswalk located at the intersection of Northwest Oakcrest Drive and Newport Way Northwest is out of service and needs to be replaced.
City staff is actively working to resolve this issue and restore operation as soon as possible.
The market for these types of traffic control devices is backlogged throughout the region.
Until the parts can be delivered, and the device is fixed, temporary crosswalk flags will be installed next week.
