  3. Public Hearing: Moratorium Related to Certain Permit Applications

    The Issaquah City Council will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting of Feb. 21, 2017, to take public testimony regarding a potential six-month extension of the adopted temporary six-month moratorium related to certain building permit and/or land use applications. Anyone interested may appear at the public hearing and be heard for or against, or provide comments regarding extension of the moratorium. Following the hearing, the City Council may take further action.

  4. Public Hearing: Ninth Major Amendment to the Highlands Two-Party Development Agreement

    February 21, 7:00 PM @ Council Chambers, City Hall South

    The Issaquah City Council will hold an additional public hearing at its regular meeting of Feb. 21, 2017, to take public testimony regarding a proposed amendment to the Issaquah Highlands Two Party Development Agreement to allow the transfer of development rights by Polygon Northwest for the Westridge Development project. The transfer would raise the number of residential units in the Westridge project from 265 to 365. Polygon also proposes to meet the City's affordable housing requirement by developing 25 affordable units for ownership and a five-member group home on a City-owned parcel in Issaquah Highlands.
    Anyone interested may appear at the public hearing and be heard for or against, or provide comments regarding the proposed amendment. Following the hearing, the City Council may take action.
